Three Star Restaurants

Speaking on La Colombe’s Three Stars, Abigail Donnelly, Eat Out’s culinary director noted, “A restaurant where the interiors align beautifully to the surroundings and deliver exactly what fine dining promises. Exceptional food, seamless service and celebration of wine makes the experience exceptional and memorable. This is truly an occasion.”

When awarding Three Stars to La Petite Colombe, Donnelly described the restaurant as: “Standing proud among the surrounding vineyards, there is a sense of calm and sophistication here, where flavours are layered and precise, dishes are thoughtfully considered and beautifully plated. The wine takes centre stage, with exceptional pairings.”

Said Donnelly on awarding Three Stars to PIER, “The moment you step into this restaurant, it’s not only the impressive views that catch your attention, but also the stylish, sophisticated dining room that creates the perfect backdrop for equally impressive food. The menu is carefully created and refined, and the service team are confident with both the menu and the wine pairings”.
