This indulgent experience features a decadent 10-course menu, bottomless bubbles, and the city’s finest Bloody Mary, all for R1250 per person. The brunch offers guests a chance to unwind on Sunday late mornings, enjoying a carefully curated culinary journey designed by Executive Chef Jason Kosmas.
The set menu invites diners to relax and savour each course without the hassle of choosing. Guests select between bottomless Graham Beck Brut or Rosé Cap Classiques, perfectly paired with the creative dishes, or opt for the renowned Bloody Mary station. The Bloody Marys boast a secret tomato base and come with house-infused vodkas and an array of garnishes like bacon swizzel sticks, cucumber, celery, and Worcestershire pearls, crafted by skilled mixologists.
The feast begins with oysters topped with trout roe and spicy dressing, followed by a sequence of snack-sized delights: cornbread with lobster and chipotle, brioche with quail egg and truffle hollandaise, and a bold venison tartare with raisin and hazelnut XO. Next, guests enjoy the Pot Luck take on the classic Arnold Bennett baked smoked haddock omelette, followed by a comforting seasonal risotto.
The main event is a family-style roast lamb served with seasonal sides, encouraging a relaxed, shared dining experience. The meal concludes with a sweet trio: sourdough and chamomile madeleine, strawberries and cream, and a whimsical selection of pastries from the kitchen.

The Winter Extravaganza runs from May through September (from 11:00 to 15:30 every Sunday.), with the summer season brunches kicking off from October 2025 to the end of April 2026.
