A city-wide roll-out of events leads Cape Town into the Mind Matters Summit™ this October. From daily training sessions to a live global broadcast from Robben Island.
Mental Mastery Week
Taking place two weeks before the Mind Matters Summit, Mental Mastery Week brings a series of mental performance training sessions to venues across Cape Town. Expect daily meditation with expert teachers, promenade walks and runs, yoga, breathwork, gut-biome mastery sessions, mental fitness workshops, and cold and hot contrast therapy – each chosen for its measurable effect on the nervous system rather than its aesthetic appeal. The week coincides with Mental Wellbeing Month, and both free and ticketed sessions are open to the public.
