The Good Life Show returns to Johannesburg from 1 to 3 August 2025 at the Kyalami International Convention Centre this weekend, bringing with it a dynamic, all-encompassing visitor experience that celebrates plant-based food, conscious living, clean and natural beauty and holistic wellness.

Explore a world of deliciousness at The Woolworths Good Life Kitchen with Eat Well, hosted by Amy Hoppy. This live kitchen spectacle showcases celebrated chefs including Jenny Morris, Jameson Stocks, and Zanele van Zyl to create vibrant, nourishing plant-based dishes in real time. Audience members get to taste each dish prepared, making this an even more engaging and fulfilling experience.

Step behind the counter with Chef Pinky, Siphiwe Sithole, Nikki Brighton, and more at the interactive Good Life Masterclasses. Learn to cook vibrant and flavour-packed dishes like Spekboom Pickle & Sorghum Salad or Sweet Potato, Cowpea & Mochina Curry.
