Friday 18th – Sunday 20th September
This culinary and open-fire festival takes place at Olijvenkraal Wine Farm and FYRE Dining over three days, bringing together exceptional food, live music, wine and the spirit of the South African braai. Each event is a standalone experience requiring its own ticket and forms part of the larger Festival of Food at FYRE.
Across the weekend, guests can enjoy a line-up of talented musicians including DJ Oli Ditz, Brandon Baartman, Kai Liam Connor, Renate Riedemann and Brandon Lee Hunt. A selection of culinary experiences will be hosted by Chefs Darren Badenhorst and Jan Braai, as well as the FYRE dining team. There will also be a premium Brandy tasting experience with sommelier Shane Mumba.
The festival also brings together a range of celebrated brands and collaborators, including Boschendal, Fryer’s Cove, Old Road Wine, Stella Artois, San Pellegrino, Patina, Joseph Barry, Aqua Panna, Andiamo, Mt Vernon, Long Dog Wines, Winning Wine Consultants and more, creating a weekend dedicated to great food, fire, wine, music and unforgettable experiences.
