The wait is over! Mzansi Chamber Music Collective are finally ready to announce their 2026 concert series!
They are proud to present a carefully curated programme featuring some of South Africa’s most celebrated musicians performing spell-binding music in idyllic settings in and around Johannesburg.
Alongside the music that you know and love, the programmes include less familiar music that we are sure you will come to adore as much as they do. The programmes also feature works by South African composers and several new works commissioned for this year’s concert series.
They continue to champion young and upcoming musicians and you will see some names that you may not be familiar with yet amongst the names of well-known, widely celebrated artists. They are excited for you to hear these young musicians perform and are certain that you will soon hear a lot more about them. Amongst the names of the musicians performing, you will also notice some super-star South African musicians visiting them from abroad for a rare performance on their home-ground.
