Coot Club’s stylish accommodation draws inspiration from traditional boatsheds and rustic cottages, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. The accommodation—ranging from the spacious 3-bedroom Lawns Cottage, contemporary 2 or 3 bedroomed Boathouses or Leeward Suites with private verandah and wood-fired hot tubs —are ideal for couples, families, friends and multi-generational groups. Each space offers privacy and comfort, with sweeping views of the lagoon, mountains, and the 17-kilometre stretch of untouched beach just beyond the sand dunes.
A Year-Round Destination
Whether it’s enjoying alfresco braais and summer swims or brisk walks and hearty roast dinners by the fire, Coot Club is a destination for all seasons. From July to November, guests can watch Southern Right and Humpback whales from the beach.
