Bruce Jack’s Sauvignon Blush is born in the renowned Breedekloof region, celebrated for its diverse soil types and topography. This offers a variety of blending options, ensuring a wine that’s as complex as it is enjoyable.
After harvesting the Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are carefully crushed and settled at 8°C to maintain their freshness. Cold fermentation at 13°C in stainless steel tanks preserves the wine’s bright, aromatic qualities. A subtle addition of Shiraz imparts a beautiful light salmon colour and a palate as fresh and lively as a coastal breeze.
The Sauvignon Blush is perfect to enjoy now, but it also has the potential for cellaring. Savour it over the next few years, or cellar it at a cool temperature for up to three years for a more developed profile. Made with 97% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Shiraz.
