The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa is pulling out all the stops, hosting a gastronomic New Year’s Eve experience complete with live entertainment from a 3-piece Jazz Band. The event will take place in the glamorous Conservatory Restaurant, starting with Welcome Drinks and Canapés, as well as a delectable Amuse-Bouche to lead in the multi-course dinner.
Starters include Grilled Ostrich Fillet, Seared South Atlantic Tuna and Confit Duck Beignets before a Cucumber & Yuzu palate cleanser. Main course offers a choice between Herb laced Karoo Lamb Loin or Free-range Chicken Wellington, ending off on a sweet note with a choice between a Liquorice Macaron or Coffee & Cognac Opera cake. At midnight a complimentary glass of bubbly will be served to ring in the new year.
A vegetarian option is also available. Bookings are now open for a limited number of tables, at a cost of R1695 per person.
